  1. I laughed and laughed and laughed at the statement “It is very relaxing”.
    I practice Integral Meditation on a daily basis. Mindfulness has become my way of life. BUT one thing I will not do is knit for no reason. Perhaps it stems from the fact that I have so little time to knit to begin with and I adore that time. Holly, I did try; honest I did. I like the idea of going to the park, enjoying the fresh air, getting in the zone and KNITTING (something specific). Shhh, don’t tell anyone.
